What's Happening in Willcox

May - October 2009: "U-Pick" Produce Season
The U-Pick farms offer nuts, fruits and vegetables, meats, honey, jellies, baked goods - everything from Apples to Zucchini. There are also Peach, Cider and Pumpkin festivals. July 18, 2009: Western Heritage Day & 10th Anniversary of the Chiricahua Regional Museum
Join us on Railroad Avenue for a day of western entertainment and a chance to visit the Chiricahua Regional Museum on its 10th Anniversary! The entertainment will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will continue all day. At 11:00 a.m., Denise Lundin, Clerk of Superior Court will welcome the public to the open house at the Chiricahua Regional Museum. Beginning at 1:00 p.m., there will be programs at the Toggery. July 20 - August 5, 2009: Angel Bus
The Angel Bus is a community project to provide school supplies for children in our community. Watch for the school bus parked at Food City or Safeway and pick up a list of school supplies. Then purchase some of the supplies on the list and drop them off at the Willcox Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, 1500 N Circle I Rd or the Willcox Unified School District office, 480 N Bisbee Ave.
